By using the baer-soft.com website and any BAERSOFT service, including Bookinly (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

BAERSOFT is a software company building automation-focused digital products for businesses. Bookinly is a WhatsApp-based, natural-language reservation and appointment automation system.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranty, express or implied, that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law.

You may not reverse-engineer the Service, attempt to access its source code, distribute malware, disrupt its normal operation (including by overloading it or exploiting vulnerabilities), or use it in a way that infringes the rights of third parties.

All trademarks, logos, designs, source code, and content related to the Site and Service are owned by BAERSOFT or its licensors and are protected under intellectual property law. These Terms grant you no ownership or license rights beyond the ability to use the Service itself.

Current pricing is listed on the relevant product page (e.g., for Bookinly). Prices may change without prior notice; changes apply prospectively only.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, no free trial is offered.

Payment terms will be set out in a separate order form or agreement depending on the chosen payment processor; these Terms alone do not create a payment obligation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BAERSOFT shall not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

BAERSOFT's total liability arising out of these Terms shall not, in any case, exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

BAERSOFT may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with reasonable notice or, for serious violations, without notice, if you breach these Terms.

If you are subscribed to a paid service, refund terms upon termination will be specified separately in the relevant order form or agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Turkey.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
